An investment of over £4million from Siemens has enabled full manufacturing of a new and innovative power distribution board – the SIVACON S4 - to take place in Wythenshawe in the UK. The type-tested switchgear is reliable and safe, and is easily integrated into building control and management systems, thanks to its built-in intelligence. The modular design also provides flexibility and low component variance.

Personal safety is assured thanks to an easily operated locking system, which provides fast access to devices with central locking, swivel frames and quick-release locks whilst ensuring that even in the event of a fault or system failure, there can be no accidental contact with any ‘live’ elements of the system.
